+ How do I measure my ring size?

The perfect fit is essential to getting the most out of your jewellery. We always recommend having your ring size measured by a professional. If you are unable to visit our Atelier in Vienna, please consult a jeweller close to you. Alternatively, we will gladly send you a ring sizing tool. + Which necklace length do I need?

Choosing a chain length depends largely on your own preference. Generally, smaller pendants suit slimmer and shorter chains, while larger pendants are enhanced by thicker, longer chains. Visit our sizing section for more advice and information.

+ Shipping & Returns?

Katie g. Jewellery is run from our Atelier in Vienna and as a small business, we unfortunately cannot offer free shipping. Our shipment costs exist solely to cover our postage expenses. We strongly encourage our clients to be fully aware of their sizing to avoid preventable returns. + Why has my black jewellery turned silver?

Most of our silver pieces are available in an oxidised black finish that will naturally change with time. At Katie g. Jewellery we celebrate these changes as unique characteristics, but we are also happy to re-blacken your piece free of charge in our Vienna Atelier. While the finish can always be refreshed, many of our customers welcome the ‘used’ appearance of their piece. For more information, please visit our patina section.

+ How quickly does the black patina change to silver?

The speed of this process will vary depending on your lifestyle. Consider how frequently you wear your jewellery and the type of activities you do; you may see considerable changes within the first weeks or even days. We encourage you to embrace this natural process as it personalises your jewellery. If you would like to restore your piece, drop by our Atelier for a complimentary re-coating.

+ Do I have to pay taxes on my order?

This is also outlined in our shipping and returns section. As an Austrian company, all prices on our website include Austrian VAT. Within the EU, no additional customs charges will be incurred. If you are ordering from a country outside the EU, customs charges may be applied by your country. Please consult your local customs office for further details.

+ Where do you source your metals and stones from?

All our gold is sourced from the Österreichische Gold und Silber Scheide Anstalt (ÖGUSSA). The vast majority of this gold is recycled, which offers many benefits. All our diamonds are sourced from conflict-free areas of the world. For further information please consult our sustainability page.

+ How long will it take to ship my order?

All Katie g. pieces are made to order and may have a lead time of 1-4 weeks depending on demand and availability. If you require a more precise estimation of the delivery time, please contact us: info@katiegruber.com. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

+ Where is Katie g. Jewellery made?

All our jewellery is handmade in Austria with some work being done in Germany.

+ Why does your online shop not show all your pieces?

Our online shop only shows part of our total collection. Certain pieces, such as some of our cuffs, are made to measure and therefore can’t be sold online. If you are interested in something that you can’t find online, please get in touch!

+ Does your shop have opening times?

You can visit our Atelier in Vienna by appointment only. Please use our online booking service.
